I feel like I have opened Pandora's Box! Getting back to yesterday's entry…

Same grocery store, about a month later… I usually put my groceries in the passenger's side of my car, that way I can put the garage door down and not worry about Sprite making a mad dash for it. [I guess I now put the garage door down out of habit, our (+/-) 16 year old puppy isn't dashing anywhere these days.]

Here is the last of the three entries I have written about my favorite narrators of Books on Tape.

Lisette Lecat
Lisette Lecat was born in South Africa. This accounts for the wonderful accent she lends the characters as she narrates Alexander McCall Smith's the No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency mystery series. Her voice has a melodious quality which brings a humanity to all of the novels' characters. It is truly a delightful experience to listen to Lecat's narrations.

The Five of Us Are Together Again…

Yep, the five of us are together again… My husband and I always enjoy having both our son and daughter home, and of course, our "puppy" Sprite is right here with us. She sleeps most of the day away, but seems pretty satisfied that we are all available to make sure all of her wishes are met. (The "she" in the last sentence referred to Sprite, not my daughter!)

Thank you all for the well wishes and kind words. I have to admit that I usually try not to write "personal things"… other than my rants and raves, which if you have been with me even a short while, you have probably seen. Yes, there are plenty of those! (And I have another rant and rave that I will be posting real soon>>> Unfortunately, I'm never at a loss for those!)

I know that I have not been very good about posting responses to comments these past few days. I posted one response, then decided to take it off, only to put my comment back on, and ultimately took it off AGAIN. Good grief!!! I also changed a previous blog/entry once it was up… That doesn't happen very often!
