I just finished "Ghastly Glass" by Jim and Joyce Lavene, "Medusa" by Clive Cussler, and "Murder off the Books", to name a few. I'm in the middle of "A Corpse for Yew", again by the Lavenes, and on my kindle I'm reading "Through the Grinder" by Cleo Coyle. Plus I have about a thousand I've not read yet, give or take a hundred. Yes, I love to read, and it's really nice to see what other people out there are enjoying. Thanks for keeping up such a great site.

I am reading the Marcus Didius Falco series by Lindsey Davis, and the Lord Meren series by Lynda S. Robinson. I really appreciate your blog! Thank you very much for all the work that you've put in to these lists. I find them so useful, as I am just re-discovering fiction and in particular mysteries. There is so much out there and I am in pig heaven with such abundance!

I just finished "Murder Off the Books" and really enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to reading the next book in the series – just as soon as I finish the other library books that are due this week! My one quibble is that although it is supposed to be set in the DC area (where I live), it didn't feel like it.

I'm trying to read "Decked with Folly" by Kate Kingsbury and "Merry, Merry Ghost by Carolyn Hart. I got sidetracked though when my husband came back from a trip with "Heat Wave" by Richard Castle. Of course I had to put down my holiday books for Richard Castle!!!!

I'm listening to a Wexford (Ruth Rendell) – wish I could remember the name (my player is out in the car).

That is one of the problems with listening to a book on a tiny mp3 player – I turn on the player by touch and almost never have to look at the screen – and I don't have the book cover in front of me all the time to remind me of the name of the book.

Anyway, I am enjoying the book – I think the early Wexford mysteries are really great (I haven't read or listened to the later ones so I can't comment on them.)

I have a few new Christmas themed books waiting for me, too. For now I am reading my book club's choice for this month French Lessons by Peter Mayle. It is very good but makes me hungry. As if the holidays do not play enough havoc with diets I'm reading a book about French food. Yikes. Plum Pudding Murder is dancing on my bedside table waiting as is Merry Merry Ghost. For me, this is a good post..I'm always interested in what others are reading. Have a great Thanksgiving everyone.
