Good Grief!!! I don't know how I missed Susan Rogers Cooper's last E. J. Pugh mystery…. BUT I DID!!!! Romanced to Death came out this past August… and somehow, I lost it in my computer-desk mess!
So…. While looking this up…. I found out that she is putting out yet another mystery in January 2009… That one will be a MIlt Kovak mystery (Shotgun Wedding)… and I have to admit that Milt Kovak is my favorite of her three mystery series.
I have tried to find her website, to possibly find out why she took such a long break from writing her three mystery series (the other one is the Kimmey Kruse mystery series). I am wondering if that is why she was under my radar, so to speak. It seems like she wrote mystery novels pretty consistently from 1988 to 2000, and then took a (much-deserved) break. As one of Susan Rogers Cooper's fans, I hoped that she had not decided to retire from writing her mysteries. So, when she put out a Milt Kovac novel in 2003, and then followed that up in 2007 with another, I was… very happy to say the least!
(P. S. Can you tell I'm excited?!?!)

Just finished reading "Romanced to Death." I didn't know she's written another E.J. Pugh mystery. This one left me with questions – and one BIG question. So, I hope there's going to be another one!

You're ahead of me >>> I haven't read Romanced to Death yet. I was so glad to see that Susan Rogers Cooper started writing mysteries again, and hope she doesn't take another long hiatus any time soon!
