Upcoming Television Mystery Movies for January 2014

I just finished going through TCM’s Now Playing for January 2014. (TCM stands for the Turner Classic Movie channel.) At first it looked like I wasn’t going to be able to find a lot of mystery movies, but then I saw that Thursday, January 30 has lots and lots of mysteries being shown.

I’m listing the movies in Central time zone. If you know of any other mystery movies that are going to be aired on television during January 2014, please post a comment.

  1. Great list but you didn’t mention that a very young Angela Landsbury was also in Gaslight. She gives an amazing performance. Love that movie. Thanks and have a terrific New Year. Nikki

    • Danna - cozy mystery list :

You’re right, Nikki. I just re-watched Gaslight last month. What a movie!

Thanks for the New Year wishes. I hope you have a great 2014, too.

  2. We’ll all probably see a lot of changes in 2014, I pray they will be good for all of us! Happy reading, writing, and communicating.

  3. There is a two-day “Diagnosis Murder” marathon on the Hallmark Movie channel this weekend; not sure when it starts but I would guess 8 am on Saturday. I really enjoyed that show when it was on the air, and I try to catch the reruns when I spot any of them scheduled.

  4. How great is this! Thank you for giving us a rundown of the mystery movies coming up on TCM. These will be fun to watch for.
