Actually, I was including DC as a vacation location... Having lived in that area years ago, I don't see anything "exotic" about it.

Are you lucky! Denmark! Now, that is exotic! I wouldn't ever think of Scandinavia as mundane and/or boring!

I am happy to see that you have included Washington DC as an "exotic place", because let me tell you from one who lives here: There is absolutely nothing exotic about Scandinavia! (At least not in my eyes - it is all so mundane and boring...)
